BNM Germany organized an awareness campaign to highlight the human rights situation in Balochistan

Bremen: Baloch National Movement Germany Chapter on Saturday, 20 August held an awareness campaign and demonstration in Bremen against ongoing and ever-increasing cases of enforced disappearances in Balochistan carried out by the Pakistani Army.

During the demonstration, the activists distributed pamphlets and informed the citizens about the unabated human rights violation in Balochistan by the state of Pakistan.

Speaking to the participants a member of Baloch National Movement Germany, Zahid Zarif said, today we are standing here in solidarity with the families of forcibly disappeared persons. It is our national duty to stand here and give awareness to the people. Our every act and even our gesture here standing in this awareness campaign would reflect the plight and suppression of our nation.

The media manager of BRP Jalil Baloch said that people get abducted in broad daylight even when they speak for their fundamental rights. Pakistan is exploiting all natural resources of Balochistan but in return, the people of Balochistan are becoming the victim of enforced disappearances. The families continuously demonstrate for the safe recovery of their loved ones but they are being harassed and arrested by Pakistani security forces.
